We offer a wide range of voice mail services, from a single office mailbox to very complex systems with individual mailboxes for each employee.
We even have the ability to run scripts on outgoing messages to prompt callers for specific information, so that you'll never miss the critical data
you need to service them later. A live telephone agent is always available by pressing "0" at any time. We can pre-qualify your callers using a
series of voice mail prompts in cooperation with our telephone agents.
"Follow-me" services are also available. Never miss calls when you are away; instead have them automatically forwarded to your home, mobile
phone or pager. We recommend call screening as a supplement to this service, with only those callers meeting your personal criteria to be forwarded. |
