RESERVATION AND APPOINTMENT SETTING
Your next seminar or mini-course should be a hassle-free experience. Let Answer Kansas City handle your preliminary arrangements. Once the
advertisements are out, we'll fill the seats for you. Our database will store all the information callers need, including the name of the event, its number, location and a description of the room. We'll also have on file the instructor's credentials, the material to be covered, any prerequisites or recommended supplemental materials and supplies needed.
The number of available seats is continuously updated to avoid overbooking, but we're also able to offer alternatives such as a waiting list or a future seminar once the event is full. A number of seats can be left open as well if you wish, in addition to tracking those who have simply registered separate from those who have paid/confirmed. Paid registrees are provided a registration number, and a call record is maintained even if they cancel their reservation. All fees are automatically calculated, with the ability to select different prices based on customer status (student, member/non-member, etc.). This registration database can then be used to generate confirmation form letters for mailing as well as create a class roster for the instructor. |
